If she ate all of the placentas there is enough nutrient in them to sustain her for a bit. It might take a day or two for her to eat much as she will be focused on the babies. Once she does start eating again she will eat you Out of house and home. They are like teenage boys.

Congrats on the puppies! GSD2727 would you mind sharing how you convinced your female to whelp at 8am? I have yet to have one that didn't keep me up all night! I would much prefer the 8am call. LOL
