Arex - gorgeous dog, he has caught my eye before. I will look that video up on YouTube.

Had a look at youtube of Arex gaiting.
Actually I was a little disappointed. You are right, his croup does bounce and doesn't maintain a great topline.
Mostly though I can't find a modern GSD with a nice open rear extension anymore. Probably doesn't help watching another dog gaiting after watching Dingo LOL.
