Stray, I guess that's why I'd be a lousy mod... don't give me a sword either, it would be OFF with their HEADS.

Can I say something else too about our Mods we have....
First, I don't care who GSD is because whoever he is ....DAMN......He's GOOD! My God, Do him and Oli work so well together! I really don't know what is it with them but as far as I'm concerned they can keep doing what they are doing!
This place has never run smoother! So much stuff has been fixed and changed and brought to life because of these two!
People tried to get Oli to do something or fix something or help them and they never heard from him! Now people write GSD, he tells Oli and 98%of the time, it's fixed, changed or answered!
The mods we have are wonderful! I'm very proud of them all!
They all have different opinions and ideas. We take all in consideration and Everything is talked about and documented before anyone makes a move on anything besides deleting ads, helping with peds, stuff like that.
If a mod can not deal with a member or issue because it's to personal or they've had a bad day, we actually say.... "Hey can someone else take care of this? I can't not be fair at this point!" And other mods step up to the plate! We work together! Part of being a good mod is knowing what you yourself can and can not handle! And listening to the views of each other when you may not be seeing things that others do.... example
There was even one mod who we felt could not be fair with someone. They couldn't see it but we could! GSD took our findings, stepped up and actually assigned that member, to be dealt with by the mods that felt and that he knew could be the fairest!
Sometimes decisions are made within a page of discussing an issue other times it takes pages! But all sides are heard and considered!
In our forum we CAN NOT delete our posts! They are there for mods, future mods to learn by and for Oli to see how we came to a decision!
And except for a flare up here or there, the members have been great! So little is being moded! It's wonderful! There are so many new people joining this site everyday! Go to each forum and look at the posts in every section!

NO BAN HAS EVER BEEN DONE BECAUSE OF NOT LIKING SOMEONE OR BECAUSE OF EMOTIONS
Every single mod knows that before a member is ban, there MUST be facts! We must be on solid ground! Because we know that the ban member WILL contact OLI!
And we do have to answer to Oli!
All steps taken before a ban are also very well documented!

Jim please stop trying to make mountains out of mole hills and commenting on things you don't understand or have facts on! This is how problems/rumors/issues start!

It's nice to see things resolved every now and then.....I'm not the one making the mountains or the mole hills. And that is not the only way problems start.
