I don,t believe in "labels" for my spiritualism. If it makes you happy to put it in a nice package then thats great for you and that is your right. The Bible is a book of history written by men, you can use it in any context you wish and I,m fine with that. If your context is the written word of god then I,m happy for you.
Man is a wondrous being spiritual when it fits his needs and the most ugliest mean destructive being ever created. You want to beat me with passages from a book written by men, thats okay if it floats your boat I,m not going to debate you with words I don,t hold as sacred as you. it would be demeaning to both us.
If I find you hungry I will feed you, If I find you homeless I will offer you shelter, If I find you sick I will attempt to heal you, If you are miserable I will attempt to raise your spirits, These are the some of the things I believe in my spiritualism .
I don,t care how much I may dislike someone if they need help you help them. I won,t allow my help to be taken advantage of that is also part of my spiritualism.
One can take any writings of man and show great clarity of issue as well as lack of focus it just depends on your view point,
I don,t remeber who said this quote But it,s always stuck with me. "The white man goes into his church and bows his head and talks at god. I will lift my head to the open sky and talk with god".

The scriptures show plenty of prophecies that came true. Plenty of things predicted hundreds and hundreds of years before they happened. And they were always fulfilled. To bring up the point about politicians .... I can't see comparing men who are trying to live a life in service towards God....to politicians of today. Someone refresh me on who it was in the old testament who wanted a king....even though God didn't think that they should have one. I've been studying so much of the New Testament lately, it's been a while since I've studied the old. I'm drawing a blank, but the point being political leaders will most always fail you. Also in the scriptures there were many witnesses of miracles performed by Jesus, and by the apostles as well. They were done back then for a reason, part of that being to show who he really was. Some people try to bring up points about why don't people do miracles today (there are false teachers who claim to do miracles, but it's all a show) or why people aren't demon posessed, or why people don't talk to God like they did in the scriptures. It was all done to prove a point, this is not something that happens anymore of course.
Bob the quote you mentioned.....the thing is, bowing your head is in a sense being humble, and respectful towards God.

I appreciate for your respond, but you haven't answered my simple question - either YES or NO.
Thanks!

Okay If you want it in so simple a answers as yes or no then Yes, But what I believe is that man evolved to a certain point and then by grace was elevated to his present form of being. I believe every thing evolved from a lower form we see it today in species and we see it in science of history. I believe that at some point in our evolution the creator gave us the gift of self being and allowed us to be responsible for our own demise.
And I believe that bowing ones head in prayer stops us from seeing the glory of creation all around us. I also believe we see miracles around all the times just the human being has become so cynical we can,t appreciate it. Doctors cure the sick and dieing daily, People do amazing things under severe stress, people sacrifice on a daily basis all we need to see it is a open mind and the vision to appreciate it.

Do you believe Shtal there is a rapture? or is the Bible referring to the Second Coming in all those scriptures?
