It would take a team of several people, full time, to monitor all the posts on this messageboard. Who would even want to?

I think meaningful debate and bickering is good and will be good for the ad hits. I think POINTLESS bickering is bad and is BAD for the ad hits, because people go away in disgust and quit coming to read. So it might not be all that exhausting to just weed out the pointless or OT parts. Disagreement is healthy. And a mod or mods would only have to read the stuff with abuse hits anyhow, wouldn't they?

In case you don know, this is a public forum which I have the same opportunity as anyone else..which includes the freedom of my opinion, and freedom to respond on a thread, regardless of who's thread is it....VM asked for nominations andI stated my opinion on who I would love to see be a moderator...I truly think SP would be a great candidate for that position....One of two things would happen....We could all carry on and do like he does, or he would have to learn to follow the TOS like we should all do....Now, that is very logical thinking.....Anyone want to rebuttal why he wouldn't be a good moderator?

I see nothing that this is what is going to happen. I thought I read somewhere he was going to add a new posting spot for all the OTs and Bashing? Maybe someone else was saying that (not sure)? It sounds to me like he's going to find a way that most will be ok with.
