Please take it easy with the name calling. For example I have college education in Geology. But I would not call you names because you would not know off top of your head how to explain crystalline structure of sanidine. If you see someone making an error then help them to understand,...without insults. Sorry to patronize you. But I think this would make for a better forum.

If she would get off her lazy ass and learn something maybe she would get some knowledge of how things work on a website considering she has a site that installs dangerous downloads according to yahoo. You would think she would be worried about her own site and not Oli's site which I am more than sure he is cabaple of handling.

The number one way to prevent people from using one of your photo's is to never put any of them on the web, anywhere. If one is so outraged and feel they are being copyrighted impinged, they should ask the person doing the impinging to remove it. If that fails, they can pay a lawyer to write a letter. If the person still does not comply by taking down the photo's, then you can try and risk the colossal expense of making a point, but really will not prove money damages, unless you are something like a professional photographer or newspaper who earns income that way. Of course I am not a lawyer and just did my own web research to form this opinion.

When an uncopyrighted photo is put on the web it becomes public and anyone can use it. How do you think search sites can post pics of someone or any pic for that matter. Yahoo and google would be in court all day long if what the clowns thinks is true.
