Hi to all his cousins!
www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/551839.html
They are all cousins, some closer than others. The DDR gene pool is a small world.
That is an exceptionally beautiful girl you have got there Kitkat. She sounds like a sweetie too.
Congratulations,
Michele

I gotta say, she got quite the work out today and REALLY, I could not be happier with her. She met everything today with ALL THE CONFIDENCE in the world. i'm sure she has never seen horses before, yet she walked right out into the pasture nose to nose with them , sat patiently by the goat pen, just observing and didn't blink an eye at the ducks.
My two 12 year old nephews were here today, snakein,(as I call it) she was good as gold with them.I'm sure she is going to sleep tonite.she's been out playing tug-o-war with Duke and the puppy girl(that's the name that stuck with her), when the 2 girls got the tug, Duke, sore loser that he is, tried to pin her to the ground to get the tug. She wasn't giving it up, and wasn'y going to be intimidated by him either.
She truly is a nice, nice well bred dog.Loads of confidence. i probably will return to the schutzhund club with her and Duke. i know a lot more now than I did when I last FLUNKED OUT of the BH.(this time I keep my mouth shut till I get it.
The titles mean nothing to me. this girl is already demonstrating(sp??)that she has the qualities that I feel are important in a dog. TEMPERMENT and WILLINGNESS , are tops.
I can't have a dog I don't trust around kids.
My boy Duke is also an excellant dog with the kids and MOST of the other dogs. He still is a bit of a Bully. just got to keep on him.
And yes Rick is Great, i got EXACTLY what I was looking for! Thanks Rick
Blackthorn-if your pups turn out half as nice as this dog, you will be very very happy,as will whoever gets one of the pups.I've been doing loads of research on these lines before i chose this dog. I am happy I didn't jump on the first one i came upon.
i'll get some pics up tomorrow, i went to the store today for batteries for my camera, and she rode with me, i hurried so fast i forgot the batteries!

Well of course Kitkat (Joni Albanese) got a new dog... she & her criminal sister have to build their dog ring back up after 22 dogs were taken from her sister in Thompson PA by the PSPCA on December 2, 2009.
http://www.pspca.org/news/archive?id=356
Jeanne Knapp is the name under which her sister was charged with 78 counts of animal cruelty. Dogs were emaciated, filthy, standing in inches of mud, feces covered, & tied to 5 foot chains with no shelter. See for yourself, the next court date is Monday, August 23rd, 9am, Susquehanna County Court of Common Pleas, Montrose PA.
Please don't waste time berating me for using names, they've identified themselves in postings by KitKat3478, wazzup, & wuzzup. As yes, the sisters are close enough & breed dogs back and forth, so each knows how the other & their dogs live. If they'd only spent a fraction of their time caring for the dogs instead of typing on this site.
