Sue, I have seen that Transit at a couple of AKC events and they ARE ideal!  Maybe someday when I become rich I will get me one!  They do resemble a "short bus" if you know what I mean.....that's ok though because my passengers have been known to lick the windows!  LOL

I've got a Dodge Durango, fits two 500 crates with the backseat up.  I love it. 

My Odyssey is a 2006 Touring, gotta have that TV for the dogs ya know! LOL!  I have been very pleased with my van and have had no issues at all, I did purchase it new and I also bought the 120,000 mile warranty if anything were to go wrong, so if that tranny does have issues I am all set! It is really great with the kids and dogs as all the doors are automatic and the interior cleans up easy, I do have leather seats but the carpet comes clean with ease.
