Vet Visit - Page 3

     maggie, your boy looks a lot like mine, I LOVE THIS DOG!!!!!, he's a real clown at times, but let me tell you, he can also be, "serious as a heart attack"!!!
    glad to hear he did good at the vet.Who gives a crap what the 'nay-sayers" say.

thats great your dog was so good at the vet.  what a nice visit you had.  yesterday I took my dog out for a walk and he saw a squireell but didnt even chase it.  he walks so nice on the leash.  the ice cream man came by and i got him a cone.  it was a nice day out, almost as good as your vet visit.  obviously neither of our dogs gets out much.  i love the pictures of your dog in his cage and his pool.  how do you get him to completely ignore you while you are outside with him.  my dog never ignores me like that.  i think it;'s great your dog acts like your not even there.  my dog always runs up and tries to play with me, he never looks away like your dog.  your dog must be very well trained.

I have had vets comment that they don't like German Shepherds much because they see so many poorly bred ones, so congrats on having what some vets consider an "exception to the rule".  There are too many bad owners and breeders out there giving these dogs a bad name.

BlacqueKat - Thank you.  I agree with your comments.   Good behavior is essential in order to dispel unfavorable opinion of the GSD. 

The vet loves my working line girl because she's so well behaved and outgoing.  In fact they've asked me to do a SchH demo with her at their open house this week they are so in love with her manners!

I'm really looking forward to it.
