The hawks tend to come round year after year especially if there is good hunting for wabbits.lol My friend had this one guys Red Tail for a while and had to work with it as the guy was too lazy to do anything with it.Then he released it back to the wild.I kinda liked it.They kept pressuring me to take the Falconry test and get my permits and i could take over that bird.I didn't want someones mess up....I want to start from scratch and mess up on my own,lol Actually since I train dogs it is easy for me to understand the training of a hawk.Just rather be bit by a dog then footed by a hawk.I already have the scars from the Red Tail scratching me some how.I didn't notice till I felt the blood dripping...thought a spider was on me and just about threw the bird down! (I don't like spiders)
And i have to tell you Bob that you are sweet to be so nice to Ray but I think that Ray knows exactly what he does and shouldn't have excuses made for his behavior.
And I agree with Maggie...would love to see the flaps of the hat down.lol
Pic of a Hawk that had a cat as a friend. They are both snuggled in the nest together.(No the hawk didn't eat the cat)

Keith,

Ya missed it.  Bob did post it for us girls some time ago.  I saved it because I love it.  Bob is a brave, brave man!  You have your visual, the rest of us saw it!  I nominate Bob in his feather thong for the month of February and he can be our Valentine.
I know Cee will second that!

Raymond,
There are some links to some interesting obeidence videos posted, did you have a chance to watch them?  They are nice and perhaps they could help with your dog.  I'd suggest checking them out.

FWIW,

Jim
