Lol! And God forbid if you actually run a business (boarding, grooming, and training) and have PRIVATE PROPERTY and that your dog should poop on YOUR OWN PRIVATE PROPERTY and Claremore, Oklahoma's finest has nothing else better to do but write you a ticket for $152.00 for a violation that they took out of context!
The ticket says:
92.03 (I) Allowing animal to defacate on public or private property.
The ACTUAL ORDINANCE IS:
92.03 (I) (I) Allow an animal to defecate (without the owner, keeper or harborer removing the excreta deposited) on public property or private property other than that of the owner.
OTHER THAN THAT OF THE OWNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I AM THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY! MY DOG CAN POOP ON MY PROPERTY!
HOLY COW, I GET TIRED OF STUPID UNEDUCATED ANIMAL CONTROL IDIOTS THAT DON'T EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN ORDINANCES!

I just spewed Crystal Light all over!! The idea that there would be an issue about whether someone's dog could poop on their own property.... Where the HELL ELSE would the dog poop?
I give up...again. I need chocolate to come to this board. Probably a little valium, as well.
