Taylor Swift has had 2 records go 4x Platinum
Taylor Swift and Kanye West both released albums in November 2008
Kanye West’s record sold only 1.6 million in the US
Taylor Swift’s record sold over 4 million in the US
Taylor Swift’s album has been in Amazon’s top 100 albums for almost a year (Currently #2 adult contemporary behind only Whitney Houston’s new album, #1 country and #21 overall behind a bunch of pre-orders and Beatles records.)
Kanye West’s album is #448
Taylor Swift can play piano, guitar and she writes all her own music
Kanye West plays with a Macintosh
Taylor Swift is 19
Kanye West is 33
Taylor Swift has sold over 10 million records world wide with 2 studio albums
Kanye West has sold over 16 million records world wide with 4 studio albums
Taylor Swift’s record sales have been increasing with each new record
Kanye Wests sales have been on the decline.
Perhaps it was just a publicity stunt on his part to get his name back out there and maybe his numbers up. Just like the little kid who acts out to get theattention back on him.
