Beetree -- There was a disco song that I luvvvvved. "Woman Take Me In Your Arms and Rock Me Baby" - George McRae Do you remember that one? I also like the music from Saturday Night Fever.

I can't stand that BEEP BEEP song, what's it called? I can tolerate Saturday Night Fever, only because John Travolta dances. Give me Flash Dance instead, buckets of water and leg warmers, sounds like Early Neurological Stimulation to me!
And if you like McArthur Park, I'll just have to open the window and puke, 'cuz it turns my innards to custard time and time, again! There's a reason they lost that recipe!!

hahahahaha -- Someone left the cake out in the rain....................no, I wasn't a big fan of that. You have me stumped about the "beep beep" song. Oh yes, I liked Flash Dance. I like everything except RAP and Blue Grass -- except for Alison Krause type of Blue Grass, which I luvvv.

I hear you, Two Moons, on the digital TV thing...
Where we are, we get analog signal, but not very clearly. When the stations all go digital, they tell us we will not be able to get any television at all, since you have to be within some 30 miles of the transmitter, and we're 45 miles from the nearest repeater. We have satellite TV for now, but if it goes any higher in price, we'll be doing without.
Bring on the videos! At least, if you like a TV show and you get it on DVD, you can watch it without the infernal commercials.
On the vinyl albums...JC Penney sent me a flyer in the mail. They sell a turntable with a USB connector, you can hook it up to your computer and record the music to it. Don't know what it does to the sound, but I know it can be done. We have quite a few of those vinyls, but we don't listen to them much because if one gets scratched, they're pretty hard to track down.

MaggieMae...I like Alison Krause, too, but no other bluegrass. I also like quite a bit of the modern country, though not all of it, and soft rock...plus a lot of the old time rock and roll...Grew up listening to it.

No, it was a 70's disco dance song. I'll have to ask a friend in the morning, and then I'll let you know. I don't remember the name because I can't stand it. My first concert ever, was Grand Funk Railroad! Come On Everybody Do the Locomotion! What was yours?
