Hodie I miss you! - Page 3

 What most of you do not understand is that Hodie has far more to deal with than the idiocy on this board.   I will not go into her personal matters, but based on what I know from her,  YES,  she could well be gone for good, as a result of the vicious attack on her last weekend.

I would strongly urge those who want to see her come back to this forum to take action.  EMAIL Hodie and let her know  how you feel.    After what happened last weekend, actually seeing the support and concern she has from members of this forum may be exactly what she needs.   I do not think that PMs are going to get to her, because she is NOT coming to the board. 

So sick of these scummy, trashy trolls wrecking this board. They need to stay on Jerry Springer where they belong.

Hodie is a good person, who will take her own personal time to help you out for nothing more than a thank you. But sadly, she's not the first good person who actually posts releveant information to be run off this board.

Hodie gave up on this board more than once, & came back only because she felt there might be a poor dog out there, somewhere, who's condition was eased by her advise. She has helped many. But to all there comes a time when the drama is simply more than you can take. I love my daughter dearly, but I have had to severely limit my contact with her, as there is always too much drama, & she never takes any of the advise that might help her to heart. I can well imagine that is how Hodie feels about this board. Too much drama, & the same complaints, over & over. And then, the attacks of late; I can't think of a term for how hurtful & spiteful they were. There used to be a consistant body of people well versed in the history, physiology, genetics, & mentality of the German Shepherd dog. Now there are blessed few who dare to post here, I suppose a Bible quote sums it up, "Throw not your pearls before swine." Can you blame her? I've pretty much had it, as well. Back to lurking. I'm not saying that all here are swine; there are many, all around the world I've come to think of as my friends. The little sow that ran around fouling things this past week is certainly swine. I'm sure you all know that I am not a name caller. And I can't even think of something vile enough to call them, for I'm sure pigs have some redeeming qualities, this person does not. I have a feeling I am very glad I was not on line last weekend for a few days.  Other then not being able to support Hodie as crap hit the fan here. 

I hope she comes back after a well needed break.  

geez, i've been working on my house for the last week and i don't know what's happened. i'm not gonna even try to look up the crap that's been slung, life is short enough. but, i hope hodie comes back. she can give a knowledgeable answer to just about anything and the board will be the worse off is she stays away. she's probably forgotten more than most will ever know about dogs in general and gsds in particular. again, i hope she comes back.

I know 0% of  the whole argument.  I really don't care.  This garbage goes on every day.  You and I had a disagreement when I busted your kongs for promoting a seminar on the messageboard.  Big deal!  You seem like a stick in the mud and I don't care if you come back, or not.  BUT if you don't come back, there is one less valid opinion that varies from mine. That is why these boards are valuable.  People have opinions and they voice them.  If everyone had the same opinion as me, this board would be a disaster.  If everyone had your opinion, it would be even worse.
