Funky glitches in the software???? - Page 3

The "nbsp" shows up when you put two spaces between sentences. That is what I usually do. But if you either put only one space between sentences, or if you start a new line with each sentence, it doesn't insert "nbsp".

This is new. nbspThe "nbsp" didn't used to show up when you put two spaces between sentences.

It is not an "ampersand".

You can edit out the "nbsp" if you click on "Source" at the upper left corner of the editing box. Or you can delete one of the spaces between the sentences.

Without a doubt, there is SOMETHING going on. A glitch, a hacker, who knows. Oli said he's trying to update the software, maybe that's it. I hope something is also done about the deletions. I sure wish Oli would post a comment about what's going on with that.

I don't ever put two spaces between sentences and it shows up. Yes, there have been many deletions, including this morning. The strange line and "body nbspp" is at the bottom of this screen. A few minutes ago, when I tried to come to post a PM to someone, could not get into the site, so perhaps Oli is working on the glitches.

Holy crap. I just now saw a post from sue, that must have stayed up about 15 seconds! It's gone now!

I hope Oli is working on several things.

Who knows what shenanigans are going on. Clearly some posts of certain posters have been deleted, as well as whole threads.

Jayne Did my post, which was deleted twice,  violate the TOS in any way?  Was it germain to the topic of this thread?  I have now entered it for a third time.  Wonder how long it will last this time?  Obviously it's a sore subject for the "Gang of 3".

It's sure nice to have some of that other stuff gone (porno, racist, Jerry Springer, etc), but now we have a real persistent troll who posts things which by no stretch of the imagination could possibly be considered appropriate.

And it could not have been deleted unless someone was specifically watching for your posts and deleting them right away.
