All good things are worth the wait. I'm sure it will all work out for you. Glad you're getting another pup. As far as names how about Idalie or Idonia.

The first two we have dogs called those names in the club so it will confuse things a little
so i will go with the name IZZY van het BASJES HAUS
Izzy will be an easy and clear call name as well Now all i have to do is to be patient and hope all goes on well,

You probably do not want my two cents, but just a side note, Isadora has Latin and Greek origin. It's meaning is gift of Isis. Isis was the principle goddess of ancient Egypt. She was the matron of nature and magic. She is the goddess of motherhood and fertility. Izzy is a great name.
Always,
Cee

I thought of a couple of names..

All the best to you, and the new puppy girl!

Look at friggin' Degens and Ronny Berghe, for example, they won the WUSV like 179 times each!
I am following Degens new young female Nena and I see he will stun the world with her again.
When I am ready to get another dog, it will either be directly from Belgium, or off Belgian parents.
Have fun with your new pup and I know you will. Anyone who devotes his time to pigeons is a patient, kind, gentle soul as well and it transfers to dogs and other animals in general just great.

of Isadora, I think i will stay with Izzy seeing it is a good call name,
Ad thanks for the kind words
Yes, i am an Engishman who sold my house just to race the pigeons at International Level, all Europe
We had done well in England winning the big Nationals and every trophy average in the country we could win, so another challenge to compete against the Germans Dutch and Belgians not forgetting everyone else on there home ground on the long distance to Barcelona about 1100 kms
So at the age of 64 i took the plunge along with my brother and after three years now we are being recognised as serious competitors, which is good and makes it worth while
Regards the Dogs Yes, Belgium is for me the top handlers and Competitors when you consider the size of the country, Jonny, Ronny, Christine and so many other top compeitors, Plus the Belgian Team cpatain who is my helper and a top competitor in his time and one of the best Trainers in Belgium, so i am a lucky man, Plus they have some outstanding Breeders of Dogs
Regards pigeons you need an afinity with all animals and birds and i am lucky again to have that
With Humans i do nol have the same trait, control yes, but i get on better with livestock on the whole.
They only see things only in Black or white, no other colours, meaning it is right or it is wrong they no nothing else
Your voice and manner and body language will control them, or put fear into them and that is the way i look at them
Yesterday i had a phone call from a Irishman who bought my little book on our life in the Pigeon Sport and our Methods
He could not get over some of the contents, on the phone from Ireland to Belgium for nearly one and a half hours must have cost him a fortune,
Anyway he finished off by saying you have been here before, not being a religious person i did not know what he meant , then he said i must have been born in another time for what we knew and did in the 70;s and 80's was not heard of in the pigeon sport at that time, but it is only in the last 10 years it has come to the fore and into the sport
I guess he was paying me a compliement
