Can anyone comment on the helpers?

Have you trained/ trailed under them?

Do their bios speak for their accomplishments or have they done more since those were written?

Most importantly, are they coming into this with a "show lines can't work" prejudice or are they bipartisan?

Lionell Madden & Charles Ottesen are very experienced, solid helpers... I would beleive and trust them to be very bipartisan in their work...

"bipartisan"?   WHAT?  They will work the dogs as directed by the judge, as every single helper does.  It would be nice, if they work was done the same as in a trial, but that will probably never actually happen.  So, is that what you mean by "bipartisan,"  using a different standard for the [lesser] work at a Sieger Show?  If so, then they probably will be "bipartisan."   Won't make a difference.

No, what I meant was not changing their methods because the dogs are show lines or having a bias and not being in top form because they are just show dogs.  Treating everydog consistantly show or working.  I also hope the judge is this way and does not instruct them to change their methods because they are show lines.

Lets see some working dogs entered so we can all see the difference!

Any idea on the big name coming from KY for this show?  If anyone knows which kennel the dog is coming from let us know, or if you know the dog let us know so we can watch for it as well.

I beleive everyone is talking about Xbox dei Precision which supposedly is coming from a KY kennel for this show.

I think Jaeger von Haus Munsinger Dunn is one of the young males to look for. he won the 2007 NASS in the 12-18 class, and the 2008 NASS in the 18-24 class. very nice color and structure.

Okay, then we are certainly on the same page for that!!  I would love to see the helpers work the dogs the same as in a club trial.  Club, not national event, even though the Sieger Show is a national event.

I really like the female that win the 18-24 months at the NASS2008, Yvone Von WIlhendorf. What do you guys think?

I wish I had something to enter. As it is, if I don't find a ride and someone to share my room I may have to have to stay home.
