Shannon,
I am very happy for you and Anke. I have watched your story since back in September. This is excellent that she is finally home with you and your family. Good luck in court!
Keep us updated!

Thursday we are going to start her in just a basic obedience class... to see where we are at and see how well she was socialized. We have had her out today and she is fearless...

I have been following your story on here and must say that you are amazing in your determination to seek justice. Your pup is beautiful and I hope and pray she makes a quick adjustment to your home.
Good luck in court today. Let us know the results of the litigation. Hopefully, justice will finally be served for the other victims of this woman.

The judge had all intentions of making her return the dog but since I already had recovered the dog myself, he ruled satisfied. He could tell there was more to the case so he is sending out the paperwork to me and her for another hearing to hear the "whole" story. He told me to save the information for then, he knows I had more I wanted him to hear. She would not shut up!! Keeping my mouth shut and looking professional was REALLY difficult. Twist, twist, twist.... She tried to return the dog for 90 days, CRAP she knows where I live. Her father dropped dead in the kitchen and she couldnt keep the dog. The stories were endless... the judge was getting irritated... but thats where we are. Waiting for another hearing. Thats OK though.... I am not done yet, but I can relax a little. The dog is home.
Shannan :)
