I will have to say that this woman needs to be stopped. It sounds like that is all she does is talk a good talk to just steal dog's from people. Very sad!!! Shannan I wish you luck and hope you get your dog back soon.

Why does that name, Lisa, sound so familiar? Does she do something in Canada? Or with Detroit PD? I know I've heard it somewhere before with very negative connotations.
