OMG guys. I didn't think this thread would get so much attention. I just love this kitten. She slepts next to my head all night. My old cat used to wrap himself around my head, like my own personal ear muffs. This one has so much attitude and plays all day, she is a giver of smiles and I agree she has some cool markings. I will have to get some pics of her from the side. Still not sure on the name but I really liked Jester as a suggestion since she seems to play the part keeping my attention and we are all laughing at her.

what a great gift!!! she is adorable! what about  cleo? she sounds like she'll be the little queen. i once had a rescue tuxedo cat who i named ulysses. he weighed 20 lbs in his prime, but he used to go to neighbors and knock on their doors (really) and they'd let him in to visit and for snacks. after he hit 30 lbs!!!, i had to go around the neighborhood and ask people to quit feeding him, but he could still visit. when he was a kitten he used to wake me up by biting my face - amazing he survived to reach 20 lbs!

I miss having a kitty, my husband is allergic. I grew up with cats and dogs in the house and miss the kitty's. What a pretty one.

LOL. For some reason the Tux's have such great personality, at least in my experience. The poeple on the corner got a Tux kitten this past spring. Took all I had not to steal him as I walked by. He'd try to hide from the dogs as we passed (lousy job) luckily my dogs are good with cats when I tell them to be. My old cat came home with someone feather duster one day. I almost had a heart attack before I realized what it was. Then I walked to all of my neighbors asking who it belonged to. Never found out. Sniper was one hell of a cat. This little grl has big shoes to fill. Funny thing is...I'm not really a cat person but cute is cute and when it warms your heart, take it all in.

imagine a 20 lb cat hiding behind ONE blade of grass! he thought we couldn't see him. you're bringing up lots of memories about that old boy....

what about sniper 2 or snip?

tux's do seem to have very funny personalities, maybe they get more "nurturing" because of their great looks?
