Any 100+  lb GSD is at least 20 lbs overweight, that's not alot of weight on a cow but on a dog it's lots.

Substantial my ass, that dog and most of the dogs owned by the portly men and women in this country are just plain fat. If I had a nickel for everytime I've heard someone describe their 125 lb dog as all muscle, I wouldn't have to read this forum to get my yuks, I could afford my own comedy troupe.

My big black ddr dog wieghts 125 lbs and he is not over wieght.you can easily see his ribs and perfect structure.He is qiute fit for his age.of 9 years old .He gets around just fine.Calm cool and collect untill told to do other wise .And he likes the other wise just fine still.I love him..and he loves me..

At 97 pounds you can count his ribs, prominent spine-a good Schutzhund sport weight for him.  He was 28 inches tall and had a 24 inch neck.  If he weighed 80 pounds he would have been seriously il.

He was my first dog.  I got him in 1993 in a Cloverdale California back yard.  He was 11 weeks old and he cost 250.00.  Nobody wanted him because he looked so different, he and his brother were clearly David Nebelholz clones, just like their mother.

Wuzzup, an old picture of your boy when he was in his prime would be the best.  The picture of the two dogs running was taken in 1997 when Shadow was about 4 years old.

What is his registered name?  Who are his parents?

   These are wuzzups dogs pedigree, flex is the dads line, and Dutchess Sham Amy is the mothers line. I am searchimg my pics to see if I can find any pics of Chewy, otherwise  I'll have to take my camera to Jeans house. chewy is a very intimidating dog. Even though I was around him since he was a pup, He SCARES the Crap out of me. Once me and GSLover123 was at wuzzup's house, and Chewy wase, I seem him coming towards us, SCREAMEd, "chewey's loose", and bot myself and GSLover jumped on the ROOF of my car. He didn't even look at us. He is a BEAUTIFUL male!!!!

Pharaoh, those are not my dog's. I know of someone that breeds the old DDR lines that you can not find anymore. The solid black is only 16 months old, and the dark sable is 18 months old in that picture. He has some amazing lines and some huge amazing dog's.
