If they treat this case as a misdemeanor, then perhaps the same people would not mind some of us Guys Joining this evil Ba-----d in his cell for a while just to teach him the error of his evil ways, It would be okay because it would be treated as a misdemeanor, I for one would gladly pay the flight fare for the chance of just ten minutes with him
But as always the evil get away with it after all to most  people they are just Dogs so it does not really matter
I hope there is some dog lovers in there  who get to know what he has done,and certainly not put him in a cell on his own like one poster put for his own safety i hope he suffers badly

More states are making such conduct felonies, rather than misdemeanora. Unfortunately, it usually takes a case like this to get the attention of the public, and consequently legislators. People are always shocked to learn that it is not a felony.

What goes around, comes around. He'll get his in this life or the next.
