Wow, great entry Steven! I so agree. My name is Lorna Hawkes i only live 10 minutes down the road from you funny enough in the village of Cliffe.
My chocolate Lab BUTTONS (purchased from Dominic) will be 2 tomorrow, happy birthday Buttons!!
As allready stated we are so pleased with her and her ability as a gun dog!
I actually spoke to Dominic on the phone last week and have arranged to meet in a couple of weeks to have first pick on a litter of black labs. Again we wish to work this dog on a local shoot. Dominic has assured me this litter is prefect for the job and has promissed to give a demonstration of both the sire and dams ability to work as a gun dog.
From all the mindless petty entries on here i very much doubt many of you actually have much real knowledge of the hard work envolved to breed and rear labrador retrievers, being one of the most energetic child like but hard working intelegent breeds.
I have been brought up with labs and worked with them my whole life, so appriciate the work envolved. i just wish people wouldn't be so quick to put the boot in to a man who has clearly worked hard at building his business of breeding these beatifull dogs and bringing a lot of them on as gun dogs for himself . This man cares about his dogs!

Who ever or whatever these people are ,they are not what you say they are any bad experiance is fron Dominic and the way he treats people who get sick dogs from them .sure good reports will come from buyer / Family (pretenting to be buyers) but as some have found out that this man turns ugly and threatens to sue anyone who posts bad feedback or if you question the breed line and health of these dogs . Single breeder for 30 years LOL google his mobile number and see how many adverts his number comes up with .
Stay Away from unliecienced breeders that are named as puppy farms and in turn save a pets live.
To any one reading this Please tell Ashford Council your problems any info wil help.

Please do not reply unless you have a positive feed re the kennels used as we all have experience re the pedigree supplied. I have searched the databases of all Lab breeders who care to put details forward, I cannot trace Toonray, Moorhouse, Highclare, Gamefield or Ravenspur kennels on any site.
My question is this, why have none of these kennels got web sites or details published. If they are such good breeders of Gundogs, why are the kennels not registered with the Kennel Club, why when having seen many chocolate lab pedigrees published do I not find any of the above breeders or kennels on any of the pedigrees.
I appreciate that many quieries have been posted re the above company, yes I appreciate that many have good reports, but a lot more have bad.
One question is all that I want answered, WHY NOT PUT YOUR DETAILS ON LINE OR REGISTER WITH KENNEL CLUB WHERE DETAILS CAN BE VERIFIED.
Please don't respond with names off your pedigrees unless you have positive feedback re the above kennels and the registered breed. I also have not been able to trace the registrar that the kennels use either, Kennel and Canine pedigree registration co.

I have sent a message to Stickey toffee, Lorna Hawkes re the KC papers you are supposed to have . I am having no joy with Kennel club re any of the names in my pedigree.

I have this guy's new address in France for you. He apparently skipped the country in November 2009.
It's not the South of France as previously reported on this forum but it is 100% true that he went to France.
The address is Le Haut Legislais, Couesmes Vauce, Gorron 53300, Mayenne, Normandy.

ive brought 2 pups from this man what ever his name is 1 of them was just 8 months old 2 weeks ago when i sadly had to have her put to sleep as her hips were so bad it was unbeliveable.....
my other which is only 10 months old i had xrays on his hips today just out of piece of mind and yes they the same not as bad as the other 1 but he dont think he will last that long.....
yes try talk to him he is very rude sent him a letter dont get a answer... his company address in london is a call centre...
YES I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO EVERYONE WHO I CAN THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE SELLING DOGS....
HIS NEW COMPANY NAME IS LABRADOR GUN AND SEARCH DOG TRAINING CO.LTD..
