You what they say about opinons? Thanks for yours, now its goes in the circular fire in cyberspace.
The COP was framed, she angered someone, an Illegal supporter, a Prosecutor, an administrator and was given an illegal & Unjust sentence.
Thats what I do, I speak out against Hypocrisy, I wage Justice where I can. Im strengthened through these stories. This cop, needs that. Her awards alone speak to her character. Character that you dont have, nor will have. As you are only here to 'get away'
You stand for nothing, youre a waste of oxygen here.

You don't know me so don't judge me.
Many people find different ways to get away, even you. What you are is a little man that means nothing, and feel insecure. You don't speak agianst nothing. You know how I know that? Because you choose to do so on a dog forum lol. hahahahaha

Ugly,
“'Threatened to release' her dog on criminals, unresisting or not.”
Yeah, it does matter if a suspect is resisting or not. Mohr had a history of sending her dog (see prev. post) when she shouldn’t have using unnecessary force.
I think YOU missed the point with all your grand intelligence.
1) I’m no illegal sympathizer. In fact, criminals should be arrested and/or deported, if illegal. That’s not the issue.
2) When threatened a K-9 officer should use their partner whenever necessary to neutralize a situation. That’s not the issue, so don’t combine them to try to confuse some when making your points.
The point is that Mohr had a pattern of sending her dog to bite when she didn’t need to, and consequently terrorized the very community she was supposed to be policing. Also, don’t cut and paste info form the convicted Mohr’s sympathy webpage to make your points, use actual news sources for your cita

the rest of my message......
The point is that Mohr had a pattern of sending her dog to bite when she didn’t need to, and consequently terrorized the very community she was supposed to be policing. Also, don’t cut and paste info form the convicted Mohr’s sympathy webpage to make your points, use actual news sources for your citations that report the whole story. There’s plenty of news reports on this bad cop for those who want to know….You shouldn't present your opinions as facts. Oh, and I guess it’s impossible for a cop to win awards and still be a bad cop. Oh, but then again, you didn’t provide a source for your information so she may or may not have been awarded. Just provide a few cites to support your argument so we know that they aren’t just your opinions.
Courts don’t just send cops to jail. The courts and the police must work in concert, so sending a member of your own team to jail is unheard of, and just doesn't happen capriciously. She misused her partner and now she is where she belongs…..in JAIL.
Nothing's worse than a dirty cop!

In a filing last week in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, federal prosecutors detail five instances in which they said Officer Stephanie C. Mohr improperly released her police dog on unresisting people or threatened to do so. Prosecutors described a sixth incident in which Mohr manhandled a neighborhood boy who had run across her lawn. Each of Mohr's alleged victims in those cases was black, according to court papers. |

She won awards wow :) she is like Olympic athlete that got gold but later athletic commission found out that she was juicing lol. Your reasoning is little bit limited. I don't agree with you on this one that's all. I agree that criminal is a criminal no matter what. But she had a pattern of being negligent. So she got what she deserved. Cute stories won’t move me, usually he cutest nicest people are the worst of its kind, it is assholes that we don’t have to worry about because they show their ugly face. J hahahaha

By the way by committing one wrong act (in this situation 5) she disrespected every single award she ever got.

Stephanie Mohr case
"LELDF has filed a motion for a mistrial based on the crucial legal point that federal law prohibits police officers from serving on juries. This law prevented Stephanie Mohr from being judged by a jury of her peers. A hearing is being held in August to consider this request. Watch our website for breaking developments in this case."
From the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund Website. Mohr wants a mistrial because she didn't have any cops on her jury. Not because the facts of the case were wrong and she was railroaded.....because there were no cops on her jury. Give me break!!! That's grasping.

File Alleges Canine Officer Was Abusive;
U.S. Prepares for Retrial In Prince George's Case
BYLINE: Ruben Castaneda, Washington Post Staff Writer
SECTION: METRO; Pg. B01
LENGTH: 922 words
"The Prince George's County police officer charged in federal court with releasing her police dog on an unarmed, unresisting Mexican immigrant has a pattern of improperly using the dog on minorities and threatening minorities, sometimes with racial epithets, according to court papers filed by federal prosecutors. In addition, the police department has twice found Mohr, 30, guilty of making false statements to a supervisor, according to the court papers. "
Hmmm, a great cop! I can give you more if you'd like. Okay, here's one more from the same article:
"Mohr was briefly suspended for the incident with the neighbor child, and she was given informal counseling and a written reprimand for threatening to release her dog on a family that was cooperating with officers who were looking for a suspect, according to the court papers."
