It may be something as simple as the fact that not only have you changed food, but you are not giving her the Hokamix which is oil based. Some dogs need more oil, others less. The poster who wrote don't change something that is not broken had the best advice. Secondly, just because you cannot find a flea does not mean they are not there. All too often people get on these merry-go-rounds about itching and dry coat, doing all kinds of things to change this and that (and changing far too often and too many things to ever get a reading on any change), only to find out much later that it was something quite simple.
As well, I have so many friends who tell me their dog "itches" all the time. When I am there, the dogs itch rarely, but the people think that any itching is abnormal. Just don't go off the deep end if there is no problem to begin with. And secondly, I could care less what people feed. They should feed what works, whatever that is, and that proof of what works should easily be demonstrated in a healthy coat, stamina etc. But the internet gives all too many people opportunity to spread bogus information that all too often is a result of their attribution of something X to something Y that may not have anything to do with the problem/issue to begin with. In other words, they do not accurately make attributions that would stand the real testing when it comes to cause and effect. Common sense should rule, but most of the time, it does not.

Hodie, sorry I didn't make my statement clear. She is still on the Hokamix with the Fromm. I was just stating that another poster said there was no flaxseed in the TOTW, but while she was on TOTW she received Hokamix which does have flaxseed in it and there was no itching problem. Therefore, I don't think it is flaxseed.
