Yes to Blitzen, Hodie and John. If it were easy and a formula existed for producing a V or VA dog (never mind a whole litter), somebody would have patented it long ago. Genetics are a roll of the dice, even if you do everything right. Heck, you can even get problems with a single gene spontaneously mutating and science doesn't know why that happens!
