Well I have nothing to do with either of the companies. But the only other place I can shop for dog food are comercial pet stores, and they load up on science diet, purina and etc, not my cup of tea. I don't like what they're serving, I do like the Vets Choice Holistic formula, and that was what I will stick with. Why? I don't want to feed food rich in protain to a pup, personal choice, supported through my own research, and my own belive. Martins well I don't use his dry kibbles, I like the Vet choice ingridiants better, but I do use their antioxidant formula, and energol, and I am happy with the results. Only reason why I post it because I know from personal experience that there is a lot of people like me, that don't want to go RAW that are still in process of learning with regarts to dog nutrition, and to be honest there isn't enough info on this board with regards to nutrition. I don't care if any one else buys my food selection, because I don't make money if they will. I have to drive 68 miles (per my gps) to get the food supply for my dogs, so definietely this post is not out of love.
The main reason why I posted it because I know that there is a lot of people on this board that are pretty knowledgable when comes to GSD nutrition needs so I like to hear their opinion on it just to reassure me in my research. Thats all. :) But hey Vet Choice if you want to send me free palet I'll take it :) lol hahahaha I am surre it's on its way hihihi :). Thanks guys.

"Organic Chicken, Chicken Meal, Ground Brown Rice, Oatmeal, Chicken Fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols and ascorbic acid and rosemary extract)."
So does the "chicken meal" come from organically fed chicken? If not, the whole bag of food will be unfit for canine consumption, one might think.
What if I don't insist on eating only organic chicken? Are non-organic chicken unfit for human consumption?
