They DO exist... you just have to look for them.

How about LEO Mike Andrel's V Jaeger vom Silbersee (USA) SchH3 DPO WPO PFH. Or Mike's first dog V Alex vH Dexel (Toby) SchH3 FH, his first Schutzhund dog raised from a puppy.
There's an article written by Mike in the July/August 2001 issue of Schutzhund USA, a memorial to his K-9 partner Ruger vH Dexel SchH3 DPO2 WPO, in which it says that Jaeger was the only active police dog to have ever been shown in a USA Sieger Show.
Jaeger REALLY REALLY works. Not just for sport or for competition but WORK.

V Enzo vom Haus Mach, SchH3, KKL1
This dog deserves to be called a TRUE working showline. He has his titles to prove it.
Hes many times SchH3
Shows: 1999 BundessiegerZuchtschau V107, V
Working: 1999 Bundessiegerprüfung participant with 94 - 93 - 96 Total: 283 in 9th place. Universal Sieger
Participant of 2002 GSDCA-WDA WUSV World Team Qualification and National Schutzhund Championship
with 93 - 86 - 97 = 276
This dog was AWESOME! I couldnt believe how good his working drives was. He did his breed very good! He unfortunately died a few months ago from natural causes.
He will be missed.
PS Enzo had produced a very nice female, V Hanna vom Haus Miller, SchH3, KKL1. She looks so much like her father :)

Bless your heart, Molly--with you around, I never have to blow my own horn--LOL!
I surely hope that you keep young Aeros as a potential future Universal Sieger--bred, owned, titled, and handled by you.

V Jasko Vom Stahlberg

Showed at the BSP and scored 100 points in protection at a national event. He also produced some very nice working dogs.

Jasco was a nice enough dog, if a bit needy in the pigment department. Nice dog to be around when we (Rita, Harold Hansch, Jack and I) visited him at home after the Nationals in KY. Didn't hurt he was trained and handled by Franz Gugnon.
I still like to watch their obedience routine from the BSP. I wore a hole in my living room carpet trying to emulate Franz's left about turns with that dog years ago. Never did get it right, me not so graceful as Franz. He must have been a ballet dancer in a former life.
I don't see but one progeny from Jasco on this dB. Surely he was bred to few females even after he hit the US, although opportunities were far fewer back then and the quality of females sorely lacking for the most part IMO. (The boot camp days) Its a shame more of the great dogs we brought over back then weren't used more here, and with better girls.
Glad we finally wised up some, even if its taken some 20 years.

Anybody know if Cindy Tripp is still into dogs? Just curious. Haven't heard anything about her in a coon's age.

Shelly,
I trialed with one son Bacchus and Mark Scarbury(sp) showed CNitro. I think I met you out on the West coast at a national level event. I think that you were with Lynn Hobann when I met you.
