All I would like to know is why my ad was picked apart when there are dogs posted on here all the time with no perfect picture. I guess that makes a good dog jusrt as long as his picture is pretty. I have watched the board and the sire's name has been placed numerous times to promote the dog. You said some things about the dog that you know nothing about, sheep dog look alike. I think there are other things like mayb e you dont like the sire's owner, handler. I just thought it odd to pick apart my dog when you havve no idea what type of dog she is, just pure conjucture on your part.

After what I've seen here I would NEVER in a million years post a picture of a dog I owned. You can get a bad photo of just about any dog (at least I can), and anyone who has read this board for more than a few weeks should know that photos get picked apart by too many people who seem to have nothing better to do. Go throw a ball for your dog or work on his trial routine or his tracking, for pete's sake.

Don't know the lines myself... but I was always told that the Male is only 1/2 of the story, who knows what the mom looked like

If I get one good shot of a dog out of 36 frames I pat myself on the back. Its SO hard to get good stacked pix, especially with a puppy IMO. If it weren't for pro's like Dawnmarie and Doug Loving (may he rest in peace) their wouldn't be many good pix of any of my dogs over the years. Unfortunately, only those two have ever actually sent me pix I asked them to take. I have a whole shelf full of scrapbooks, waiting for pix taken at shows and trials over the years... still empty after decades.

One of my biggest gripes.

Thank god for digital cameras is all I can say, I'm no longer wasting rolls and rolls of film swithout ever getting the shot I wanted.

I think a lot people who run their mouth about pictures have never stacked a wiggly puppy or a young untrained dog in their life.

Sam1427, took the words right out of my mouth.
