How sad that a breeder would leave one of their pups in a shelter knowingly. I always wondered about that, if pups that are tatoo'd or microchipped make it back to the breeder if they get turned in or caught somewhere. It didn't occur to me that a breeder would say "no thanks" about it. That breaks my heart that they would just leave them.
