Makes me pretty sick but here is a bright note, I got stuck taking a f*&$#^g pitbull "breeder" and who was holding the fight to the ER in the back of my medic.  He and another guy were trying to pry the jaws of his pit loose from the dying loser when his dog bit him on the arm, his bicep was pulled loose from his shoulder and lying on his forearm.  Pretty gruesome and it looked like it was really painful. Guy was whining like a baby, worse than a baby, screaming he was going to die, well you get the picture.  Gee we missed a few large bore IV sites and finally got one only to have the Doctor on the radio tell us "ABSOLUTELY NO MORPHINE, LET HIM SUFFER LIKE HIS DOGS". It was great. He tried to get the tape into evidence as to how we all "conspired" to keep him in pain.  I won't say what happened to the tape or our memories and I won't describe what we saw in his barn, not good reading for those with a heart.

Ha Ha,

I haven't been here for awhile but see that nothing has changed.

I would like to quote from a thread many moons ago on this site.  The poster is one of the worlds foremost Pit Bull fighting experts (don't believe me, just ask him).  He wrote

"Im very familiar with every bloodline and strain of Pit. Since you want to use the analogy of human boxers, I will give you one. Tomorrow on HBO Klitchko will defend his title against Austin. Do you suppose these fighters sparred with other pros or middle school kids to get ready for their Title showdown? Well let me tell you, no true dogfighter uses any other breed of dog than a Pit. This bullshit of bait dogs and stealing pets to train fighting dogs, is another in a long list of media bullshit that has been printed in order to sell product."

So, since we have this from one of the leading experts in the field of dog fighting, I would have to say that ya'll are wrong.

Hey Abhay old bud, you still around?

by Rainhaus on 29 June 2008 - 07:06

First of all let me be very clear about why I started this thread. To educate about what is going on behind scenes. Not media.Secondly I have no problem with the Pit Bull which is often confused as a Staffordshire terrier.Thirdly..AS usual breeds are destroyed by the miss use of knowledge about the original breed. I do understand that the pit is a dying breed.BUT it doesnt help when so many are mis using them...PERIOD!!!Gaming dogs has been around forYEARS!!!!!!! Just like cock fighting. But when the individuals become like a throw of dice for peoples entertainment. It is Rome over again!! Think about it.

Mindhunt,

Man I feel for you, those large bore IV starts can be hard even in a controlled hospital setting, let alone a moving truck!

Normally I would never stick above three times, but I understand that your choices are limited in the field.

Hello Walt!  Looks like you broke your word once again, by addressing me.  Its cool, I see that your man crush for me is still as strong as ever.

Its true, I am an expert in the APBT. I have been around the breed for over 4 decades, and I am knowledgable about everything regarding the breed.  The term "BAIT DOG" is  relatively new. It was devised by PETA, the HSUS, and the media. Less than a decade ago, had a knowledgable person regarding the APBT been asked what a "BAIT DOG" was? they would not have known what you were talking about. The media has created its own new type of APBT owner, with all kinds of Ideas and practices, that have been learned by media and the internet, like threads like this.  Recently, another knowledgable old dogman wrote a post regarding the new breed of APBT owner. I quoted him below.

"exactly the kind of myth peddling,  morons who feed the frenzy. And such people, shouldn't get their animal endangering asses involved with these dogs. We just can't seem to be able to cull our own any more.
It used to be hard enough to get into these dogs and find some mentoring when things weren't so bad. Now....ANY damned blithering fool with a computer can pretend to have and know these dogs, and peddle their idiotic lies to others who want to be macho."

Walt, I didn't say this bullshit practice of using so called "BAIT DOGS" didn't go on. What I said, was that anyone who knew anything about APBT's would never do such a thing, no matter what their goals were. You should read the link below, and see if you can understand a little more....You probably won't since you still believe "Red Nose" is a bloodline lol.

If you are going to quote someone, at least include the whole quote, otherwise the meaning of what the person said is distorted:

"Do right, you seem like a nice person but your in a discussion about things you know nothing about. You didnt even know any bloodline when I asked you, and now you ask me what strains Im familiar with. The answer is, Im very familiar with every bloodline and strain of Pit. This bullshit of bait dogs and stealing pets to train fighting dogs, is another in a long list of media bullshit that has been printed in order to sell product. The sad thing is, lowlifes and scum who dont know any better, believe this crap and go out and actually try it." (Abhay)

Also anyone who wishes to use the search function will see that while Abhay is very knowledgable about dog fighting and Ptbulls he deplores the practice and has said so in almost every post regarding the issue.

Yea right.  Stick up for your "online fantasy man" Sue Yuck.  Ha Ha.  Even 4pack chastized "him" for his statements when he first made them.  I could quote her here but what would be the use.  Whatever I am against, you are for.

I ain't gonna go into the old trashing each other thingy with you and the former (?) dog fighter, but I will just ask of him and you this question.

How did he become so knowledgeable in the "ins and outs" of dog fighting?  Read his previous posts and you will know.  He admits to having seen many fights between Pits and between Pits vs GSD's.  How many of us have seen those many times?  None.  He also talks in "glowing terms" about his past acquantices who WERE "professional and among the most knowledgeable" in the "art" of dog fighting.  He considers himself among the "elite" of said "sport of kings".

Unless we were actually doing it or watching others doing it, none of us have seen a lot of figts between pits aor between pits and GSD's fighting each other.  But "he" has.  HaHaHaHa.  How do you know when he is feeding us a line of crap?  When his fingers are moving (typing for those whose first name are sue and have incorporated themself).  HaHaHa

You two are still making friends on this site I see.

See ya Capt. Mike, er, ah, I mean Abhay the Horrible.  I have to admit, I have missed making a fool of you these past few months.  I might come back and do it again.  Don't know.  I actually have a life outside of the internet, unlike you and suestink.

Oh, by the way suestink.  Read his post that you quoted and see if it makes any sense.  He states that it is a media driven lie, but then says that yes indeed it does happen, only by those that are not professional.  Is there a difference in the harm that comes to dogs involved in this, if the guys doing it are amateurs on their way to becoming professionals?  Is anyone a professional when they are born?  Well, of course Capt., er, ah, I mean Abhay was (in everything HaHa) and of course you were born one of the worlds most knowledgeable dog trainers, boohoosue.  HaHaHaHa.

Clowns.
