My female puppy got so sick (Coccidia)from Canadian Goose droppings which are living on my lake and swamp behind us, and was very ill. These geese are so unafraid of humans that they have been known to chase people off their own docks and kids from their own front yards. Unfortunately, they are protected here.
We also have lots of senseless people with dogs who not only let their dogs dump on other peoples' yards, but will walk them off lead with the sweet "oh he/she is friendly and just wants to say hi to your dog", need I say more?
