It could happen to me......I feel for  you, Krista. You seem like a real nice person who loves her dogs.

You know, the economy is just so bad, as TIG mentioned in her I'm Mad as H... post, and I just can't afford to give these dogs the justice they deserve, and now, without a home, I certainly think they'd be better suited to those who can afford to get them to the vet everytime something goes wrong, or can afford to feed them the most expencive dog food, but I just cant do it.

I am so sorry this is happening to you Krista but unfortunately, you're not the only person in MI that I know that is going through the same thing.  Things seem to suck so much worse here than anywhere else.  Your dogs are actually very lucky they are not being abandoned or put in the pound because their owners are so desperate.

I look around here and see all the empty houses and it's just sad........

I am very sorry for what has happened to you.  I know how hard this must be for you,  it takes a strong person to make this kind of decision. 

I hope your able to find homes for them, ones that you feel will love them like you do.  They are both awesome dogs,  so I am sure it will work out.
