I just paid $154 for both hips and elbows, no anesthesia.  (San Diego, California)

But..... other vets in the area will charge $200 plus !!

Find a vet that doesn't belong to one of the big HMO corporations that are taking over the vet clinics!!

I paid $210.00 for both hips and elbows plus the $40.00 fee to OFA

I win! Last time I did hips/elbows w/o anethesia about 3 yrs ago, it was $450. That included two views and copies of each. It can be cheaper (and closer) but this fellow is masterful at positioning correctly.

For hips and elbows, I paid  $250.00 in the Chicago Area.

I had my girl's hips and elbows done in January, 2007.  It was $141 for both (including OFA fee).  She was sedated as I had these done at the same time of her dental prophy.  My vet also has provided me with the CD of the radiographs for consults with the neurologist and orthopedic surgeon.

$200 hips/elbows sedated (SV/OFA quality).
