You are right Sue Ann, she does not or did not own the sire or dam but still if it was not for her you would not have had JC. She did however own the grand sire and I bought the grand dam thru her kennel. Your the one who brought up the whole thing not me or Pam, K-9mom just wanted some information about that kennel but you brought up a ghost from the past can't YOU let things go? Than we all can move on...I personal don’t think she should take the picture down despite what you or anyone else say's
K-9mom, I think if you like the dogs at Hena-C kennel's then go for it.........I have used her studs for over 15 years and always had excellent puppies from them and never had a problem from the owner. I have always got good bone, color and temperament. But you are the one who has to do your research on this or any other kennel then decide for your self......good luck.......Peggy

The photo needs to be removed or properly notated. For now it's a stolen photo, misrepresented. I spoke with Hena-C 1.5 years ago and let them know I am owner of the photo, breeder of the dog. How the dog came to exist is not the issue here. I wouldn't dream of having a photo on my site (from my own breeding or not) without the owner's permission. I think a person considering working with a kennel has a right to know about the general way that kennel does business. This is an ethical business issue.

For all of those who can't read I have to piont out that it states very clearly on the page that the dogs pictured are either owned, bred by or off spring from her stud dogs.So I don't see where she is falsely claiming she has owned or bred them all. It also it not a stolen picture if there is no copyright. Those of you who need a definition for offspring here it is: 1.the act of production;generation 2.that which is produced;a child or children;a decendant or decendants however remote from the stock 3 origin:lineage:family So offspring is not just parents but grandparents and great grandparents and so on.The picture of JC is from her stud dog the grandfather. It is pretty sad that you have to create a problem over what you think offspring means and to question whether she is doing something else wrong.I think someone has every right to defend thenmselves when they are being talked about! Pam is a great breeder and has a very good reputation and quality dogs. The other thing I would like to piont out that know ones seemd to be able to READ is that Pam has a breeding partner that lives in another town that owns half of the dogs on her site. Those dogs live with them. She also has a good majority of her dogs living in family foster homes. She also has stud dogs on there that were sold to people who she promotes their dogs for them and in return uses them for breeding. They do not live with her nor does she own them! She also helps other breeders out by listing there litters for them! So for anyone to say she has way too many dogs and is a hoarder is quite rediculous!!!! If you also look at the age of the dogs there are quite a few that will be retiring between now and next year and the following year. Before a dog is retired you have to keep pups back to replace them and keep their lines going. I think people have no business talking about someone without knowing them personally and see their place and how things are run.

Lets get back on topic here you are going off on a tangent. The question is von henna-c a good kennel to deal with?

by stealth1 on 31 May 2008 - 13:05
I agree with both LarryDee and Kevinenhain.
However this is part of the original topic “is Hana-C kennel a good kennel". Kevinenhain seems to have been dealing with Hena-C kennels for a time now and has and opinion of what he has experienced. I too have dealt with Hena-C kennel and have had good feed back.
Sue Ann is only trying to start trouble, she does not even have JC on her web site so how do we all know its her dog? Plus that picture was not stolen it was given to Hena-C kennels by me years ago, so NO THIEVERY here. Peggy

This is a copyrighted picture. I looked and did not see anything like this on the Hena-C website.

Peggy, who are you trying to kid? The photo is on my copyrighted site, is fa photo from a dog of my breeding and you of all people know better since YOU were present when we did the breeding. You gave the photo to Pam, without my permission and it was not your photo to give. These are easy lessons we all learn on the school play ground in 1st grade...or at least I learned this lesson.

I have a male out of one of Pam's stud dogs and even tho he didn't come directly from her, I absolutely adore this dog.He has been the perfect dog and what I have always dreamed of having in a gsd. I am told he is exactly like his sire.
My breeder friend, has bred her bitches a couple of times to Pam's dogs, and has always held her in high regard.
Both of us have sent countless people her way when looking for gsd's..All of them have been pleased with her and her dogs.
I will continue to refer people to her and will most likely be going to her for a male in the future when the time is right.
