They're called Tire Biters and come in different sizes. This one lasted about 10 days before my brat put a hole in it!

Sunsilver - Thanks for posting that! Actually though, it's a lot like it but a different brand. Maybe an off brand of some sort - I don't remember where I got it - and it doesn't have a brand on it at all..hmm..it seems more sturdy than these..
If I ever run across one again I'll buy bunches, and find out exactly what they are. :)
