mirasmom and sunsilver, wow that was a very informative link you posted. thank you for posting it. i think it might be the answer to a question i always wondered about puppy contracts. when i bought my gsd girl, i noticed it stated this, "Should the Buyer spay or neuter the above mentioned puppy before it's 24 month birth date, all warranties provided by this contract will become void and the seller will no longer be responsible for any health abnormalities that manifest themselves in the spayed or neutered animal. if this dog is spayed or neutered before (2) years old the buyer is on his/her own, if the dog incures ANY health problems whatsoever.

GSLover, There are 2 yes TWO CKC's, one is the CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB, which is the EQUIVALENT to the AKC, difference being, one AMERICAN...One CANADIAN... The CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB is WORTHLESS. Do you have CANADIAN DOGS,,, or ONTINENTAL DOGS??? we can all do business with Continental, WE CHOOSE NOT TOO!!!., And if CONTRACTS CAN"T BE ENFORCED,,WHY DO SOOOO MANY USE THEM!!!??????

APR is worse than the Continental Kennel Club...I affectionately refer to them as the "American Puppymill Registry". They make a lot of money off BYBs and the Hunte Corporation, that's for damn sure.

Tara is house trained, crate trained, basic obedience trained and working on limited protection training right now

House trained, crate trained {does not need a crate} basic obedience trained and has personal protection training and basic tracking.   He lives in the house with our family!Rio has finished her basic obedience training! 

Rio is now 100% crate trained and doing excellent on her house training

.She has Yukon up for sale again on her website. She will most likely get rid of her female after she's done giving birth also.Poor dogs. I highly doubt she will spay/nueter the pups as that would cost her money and she also said she would do that with her last litter but did not. I think she puts that on her site becouse she thinks it makes her sound more reputable.

I'm also wondering how she can claim she  breeds "working dogs" with a straight face.

Your right Yukon is for sale and yes Rio will be as well.

I have never had an interest in german shepherds.   It is my husbands dream yet for 18 months now he has not done anything with his dogs.

Not picked up any poop, not fed, not water not nothing.

Oh excuse me he took Yukon for three walks {in 18 months}

I figure since I am doing all of the work I have the right to do it with a breed I am truly interested in.

So if my husband wishes to continue the german shepherds; he will need to start taking care of them because I am done!  He has made this promise too many times so now actions will speak louder then words.

I do not mind helping but if I am going to do everything; then it is going to be with my dream dog!
