GOOOO Giants and GOOOO Eli.  He's going to go down in history as one of the greatest!  I can see it now    Was really too bad that his brother couldn't even show up to the game to watch him play!!!!!!!!!!  At least his parents were there though.  I am, or was a HUGE colts fan too.  Now I'll be going for the Giants from now on, win or lose!

I guess I will have to be the messanger of truth.  I highly doubt that the Giants beat the Pats.  I know that it is possible, but not probable.  I have picked every team that the Giants have faced so far.  First the Buccs, then the Boy, and yesterday the Pack.  I have not beaten them and I will not give in and join em'.  I still don't see them beating the Pats.

The pats and G-men played eachother in the last week of the regular season.  It was a very close game, going to the wire.  The Pats found another way to pull it out because that is what good teams do.  I think the Giants have been riding a high since that game.  I think that game proved to themselves, that they are an elite team.  Eli, the King of Interception, has not thrown one INT since that game.  The problem isn't that NY is playing as well as they have ever played, but rather the fact that New England and Tom Brady had their worst game yesterday.  San Diego failed to capitalize and I highly doubt that one of the best all time teams has two bad games in a row.  Bill Bellichick is one of the best coaches.  He doesn't have to wait until halftime to make adjustments.  They make them on the fly.  He has video of their game and he will disect the hell out of it.

My prediction:  28-17  and Tom Petty sings, "I won't back down"

Don

I really don't understand the dislike of the Patriots.  Any team that can win 18 in a row has got to be beyound luck.     The Pats are going to put all kinds of pressure on Eli right from the start and affirm their position as the greatest team to ever play in the NFL.

I would like to tip my Patriots cap to the Giants.  They have had a whale of a season and Tom Coughlin is one heck of a coach but the Patriots are just too much for them to overcome.  Even when Tom Brady has an off game they still win.  Take the points and the Patriots to win the Super Bowl in a rout.

WHO STARTED THIS FOOTBALL CRAP ON A DOG SITE.  THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE ABOUT DOGS, NOT THIS OTHER STUFF!!!!!!!!!!

If it doesn't interest you, don't click on it.  It's as simple as that.  It's a once a year thing that interests some people, including some dog people.

For those interested, this was on Fox News just a few minutes ago.

Brady was apparently seen in a walking cast.

Hype?

He He.......Just kidding folks. Thought I would get a smile or two.  Maybe not hmmm.

Seriously.  I have not paid much attention to football since Art Modell took our beloved Browns away from us and moved to Baltimore.  If you have not experienced such a thing, you do not understand how it can affect your love of the sport.

I do know that a few other cities have had it happen to them in the past, and I did not understand how they (the fans) must have felt at the time, until it happened to us.

Now we have another team and they are doing "okay" (ups and downs), but it ain't the same with me anymore.  Sort of like if one gets jilted in a love affair, you are afraid to let it happen again.

Anyway, many up my way root against the Pats simply because of Billichek.  He was our coach for awhile and he has the type of personality that does not lend itself to being fond of him.  At the time, he had the attitude with the media and with the fans that "I am the coach and you are not" or more appropriately put, he acted like he could care less about the fans.  He was right of course (he was the coach), but it does not endear fans that bleed brown blood.

Anyway, go Giants, who are peeking at the right time. It should be a great game.  Few Super Bowls are.

FioneDunn.  I tried to post my second as quick as I could, but apparently you type quicker :)

I invented the "just click" line.

Like Al Gore invented the internet.

They are now saying that Tom Brady has a slight ankle sprain..That is the only thing that can stop the Patriots an injured Tom Brady
