Dogs that eat their own stools often have unformed bowel movements.

My adult dog did not do well on EVO. He ate 2 large bags and didn't have a normal stool the entire time he ate it. I switched him back to RC and he's not had any problem since.

and for  your info     a dog that eats poop of the deer or what ever else  uyou said    will have whip worms     ........Panacur or the wormer you were giving is what to kill whip worms with.....your vet told you your pup was worm free....how many weeks ago?

When you come on this board and dont tell us the whole deal ,,,how do you think we feel    20 posts later you tell us he ate deer poop and rabbit poop......'

and his own......that is why  you have cocci       albon is not needed from the vet......go ahead and give the vet all your money.....    you can order it from www.revivalanimal.com             12 % and put in a syringe and add a  little pumpkin to it....

the vet can ordeer you a bottle of the5% albon with the base that is liked by the pups....and you just give as needed for 10 days.....follow directions......and keep the rest in the fridge ....Albon is used for many digestion tract problems....and it is gentle....

Any time you havae any kind of animal feces other than your dog on your property ,,,just walking on wild animal feces can give you a mound of trouble....Metrodiazole is usually not used on baby pups......I would get a bottle of albon and keep it on hand and a bottle of Immodium AD  the liquid....

In my opinion, also....Innovia has been told to be very rich and may not agree with your pups digestion system asyou guessed......

I used Royal Canin puppy  and it causes no  diahrea in the pups ,or the cockers  ,,,I let the adult cockers eat it also....

Metrodiazole is like an antibiotic and keeps inflammation down and will stop diahrea....

just keep his diet simple till he gets a good firm bowel and then ad the cottage cheese and liver or whatever you want  in tiny amounts.....and a little pumpkin,,,,solid can kind....not the mix....
