VBK9--Salmon that spawn in Alaskan waters don't have that problem yet.  Supposedly our fish are still safe when raw.  It is down in the lower 48 that this problem is found.  I feed lots of frozen raw salmon, though I bought it as surplus from Valdez Fisheries. Also, freezing meat for several days supposedly kills all parasites.    ~ Veronica in Alaska.
