Far as being "Liberal" Im actually a Career Republican & Ron Paul endorser for President, a true conservative Republican and Constitutionalist that wants to end this Illegal war. Some former "Conservative" Generals say this...please address Rat

"In the lead up to the Iraq war and its later conduct, I saw at a minimum, true Dereliction, Negligence & Irresponsibility, at worse, Lying, Incompetence and Corruption."
--Retired Marine Corps General Anthony Zinni

"I believe we are absolutely on the brink of Failure. We are looking into the Abyss."
--Retired Marine Corps General Joseph Hoar

"The struggle in Iraq can certainly be Lost militarily, but it Cannot be Won militarily, certainly Not with the limited US forces currently deployed. But it is also True that the Administration has demonstrated its Incompetence in designing & carrying out a strategy for success.
And so I appeal to members of this committee to do your duty: help save our military, & help rescue our nation from the Perilous consequences of our strategic blunders."
----General Wes Clark

How can you make a war on terror, if war itself is terrorism?

don't feed the trolls

by Uglydog on 16 October 2007 - 17:10

Animules..there is no trolling, relate it back to Blackwater & their K9 training if you must.   Rat made a statement, Id like it supported.  He weakly accuses any discontent with an Illegal war with that of liberalism,  when in fact many top Generals, including the Former Iraqui Commander, General Sanchez spoke out against it this week, calling it a "Diaster with No end in sight."

Are these men "Liberals" too?   I dont just condemn & bash Blackwater, but this entire Bush & Neo-Cohen administration, the troops & leaders that support it.  The Media is also complicit.   Nuremburg proved that "following orders" is No defense.

by Uglydog on 16 October 2007 - 18:10

Started as a question, Rat relates Blackwater doing "admireable work" including their massacres on Innocents.

Im glad you enjoy your Franks, that we pay a Kosher Tax on, all of us..while your eating your Frank, perhaps you best visit the USS LIBERTY site, you know the longest attack on our US Navy since Pearl Harbor that was whitewashed.   Amerika died that day.    Our navy boys napalmed, life rafts shot-All war crimes on us by Israel 200 wounded & killed. Some ally.

well haven't been on in a while, but i got a photo that might be a little food for thought.  i have spent 2 of the last 4 1/2 years deployed in iraq.

blackwater provides a service. and if you think their the only ones causing colateral damage in iraq, i have some ocean front property here in kansas i'd like to sell you.

this is alittle off topic being that this is a dog forum, but i understand he is asking if any of the officers that fequent here have trained with blackwater. their training is top notch from what an old battle buddy has relayed to me.

Photo?  Food for thought?

I guess youre the Last to know, Kenny.   Iraq had Nothing to do with 911 or WMDs...Want to see the conclusionary findings? I have them..We support Israel -a Terrorist state. Iraq had 14 Un Violations, Israel has 69-the World Leader. Israel had Invaded & Occupied All of its neighbors incidentally.  A few choice quotes for you, case you missed.

"We have Not found stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction.  Iraq did Not have the weapons that our intelligence believed were there. "--July 2004, Bush

"One of the Hardest parts of my job is to connect Iraq to the War on terror."--President Bush, CBS Evening News, 9/6.

You defend Blackwater?   They recently made our all powerful Military Drawdown & then disarmed them in Iraq? And Massacre Iraquis at will, sure to win the "hearts and minds"..Glad to know where you stand, Kenny

Oct. 15, 2007 issue - The colonel was furious. "Can you believe it? They actually drew their weapons on U.S. soldiers." He was describing a 2006 car accident, in which an SUV full of Blackwater operatives had crashed into a U.S. Army Humvee on a street in Baghdad's Green Zone. The colonel, who was involved in a follow-up investigation and spoke on the condition he not be named, said the Blackwater guards disarmed the U.S. Army soldiers and made them lie on the ground at gunpoint until they could disentangle the SUV. His account was confirmed by the head of another private security company. Asked to address this and other allegations in this story, Blackwater spokesperson Anne Tyrrell said, "This type of gossip has led to many soap operas in the press."

Whatever else Blackwater is or isn't guilty of—a topic of intense interest in Washington—it has a well-earned reputation in Iraq for arrogance and high-handedness. Iraqis naturally have the most serious complaints; dozens have been killed by Blackwater operatives since the beginning of the war. But many American civilian and military officials in Iraq also have little sympathy for the private security company and its highly paid employees. With an uproar growing in Congress over Blackwater's alleged excesses, the North Carolina-based company is finding few supporters.

Responsible for guarding top U.S. officials in Iraq, Blackwater operatives are often accused of playing by their own rules. Unlike nearly everyone else who enters the Green Zone, said an American soldier who guards a gate, Blackwater gunmen refuse to stop and clear their weapons of live ammunition once inside. One military contractor, who spoke anonymously for fear of retribution in his industry, recounted the story of a Blackwater operative who answered a Marine officer's order to put his pistol on safety when entering a base post office by saying, "This is my safety," and wiggling his trigger finger in the air. "Their attitude was, 'We're f---ing security; we don't have to answer to anybody'."

Congress disagrees. Until now, private security contractors working for the State Department, as Blackwater does, have effectively not been covered by either U.S. or Iraqi law, or military regulations. A bill that overwhelmingly passed the House last week would close that loophole. But the law would also require the FBI to establish a large-scale presence in Iraq in order to investigate accusations against private contractors. Law-enforcement officials worry that this would

Kenny, don't get sucked into this troll talk.  Ignore him and maybe one day he will go away.

by Uglydog on 17 October 2007 - 18:10

Animules...you type but you never address any issues.

If Blackwater training (whether K9 or other)  is "So good" why are they Massacring civilians, drawing down their weapons on US Military & Causing Chaos in Iraq?    Yet, they continue to get contracts worth Hundreds of Millions of Dollars and are now training State and Local Police Departments, for when we have martial law.

Somehow Kenny equated Iraq with terror, but doesnt grap that Iraq never attacked the US, and was No threat. Most Generals favored containment, not Neocon ordered Preemptive war & Occupation.  Death toll  is at 1.2 million,  according to the prestitgious ORB,  3 Million Iraqui refugees,  $500 Billion taxpayer funds  to date and Not 1 street is Secure, plus Anarchy & Civil War where there was none, 20% of Sunni/Shiites are Intermarried there & live with 1 Million Christians.

So if thats a success, Id like to know what a Failure looks like? And yet we still look to dehumanize Iraquis with some mural painted (posted by kenny)  AFTER we invaded & Occpied Iraq, ON LIES...
