Please allow me to share a story. I moved into my house 10 years ago, complete with 3 German shepherds. One was a retiree (age 4) from the police department. Very protective somewhat civil dog. (long story)One puppy and one mature spayed bitch.
Over the next 1.5 years I was in court for barking, zoning violations, health violations etc. Believe it or not my driveway motion sensor was desturbing my neighbor. Her dear departed husband was the retired mayor of the town, son was a cop (with a drug problem,)
I installed a 6 foot privacy fence and leland cypress trees along the fence. Found out she was hiding on her side of the fence and using a stick along the fence to get the dogs to bark, then call the police. Shecalled my neighbor on the other side, who's husband was the current mayor. Well to make a long story short...I installed continuous video loop camera on the fence, where she could not ses it. Got YA!!!! Next time the cops showed up I played the tape and that was the end of it. There was no reasoning with her. If she got my mail by mistake she threw it out. If my dogs ball landed on her property and I went to retrieve it, she threatened me with tresspassing. I won!!!its called buy a zoning rule book and make phome calls to appropriate agencys.
Some people just can't be nice or cooperative!!!
