New owner,
Tell him when he is as cute and fun as the pup you'll spend the same amount of time on him.
If that doesn't work tell him "It's a different kind of love". They always fall for that one.

p59: If you routinely spend 45 minutes of "quality" time with HER, she will let you play poker every Wednesday at your house, and fix sandwiches for the boys.
P.S. Ya'll are invited to play poker at my house. I have a game every Wednesday and my wife fixes the food.

I have a question? Is this 15 and 45 minutes just once a week? That seems rather chincy to me! LOL

"Back when", it was 45 or so, twice a day (and sometimes an extra just because the wind was blowing hard that day ). Now it is down to twice a week. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

New Owner, Get your husband his very own puppy and neither of you will have time for anything else!
by new gsd owner on 10 July 2007 - 19:07
Hey, I gave him 1/2 hour last night...it worked! Im back on the computer...well...until tonight
Thanks for everyone's advice on both subjects...lol

okay...I gave him 1/2 hour BEFORE I read your comments...but hey I know what to do to get my way the next day haha
I guess I should have "headaches" less often so he will be in a good mood and I can spend MORE time with the puppy :)

OMG this thread really took a twist. Good thing everyone is playing along.
Unfortunatly for me, my girl charms don't work. The dogs are more impotant than anything in this household. I can't skate on anything!!!

But he has his OWN dog so you're even.
