If the earth has a diameter of 25.000 miles wouldn't that mean this ELEnin comet is 8 times the size of earth ? Holy cows, they say we will notice this ELEnin on the 16th of August.

LOL, That is a ponderism! I'll never forget the time I found a rabbit head in among the corn rows. I freaked out because my DH was at work and I couldn't continue working in the garden while that head was lying there. I decided to take a shovel and scoop it up and throw it away. In order not to freak myself out over finding a decapitated head, I decided not to look at it while carrying it around the back to the trash. Only problem was, there was nothing on my shovel when I got there! I then had to go back and search the yard for the missing head.

Kind of like the dead mice my cats leave on my front porch. I use pliers to pick them up by the tail and throw them across the street (no one lives across the street from me--it's a big field and the owner cuts it for hay, hence the home of the field mice that my cats catch).

I'm so glad I'm not the only one it happens to! That story is horrible and hilarious all at the same time Beetree. GG, my Mom's cats caught mice all the time in Co because of an abandoned golf course, they were proud of the gifts... you wouldn't know it but years ago I worked for the DOT picking up dead animals... that was the most awful job EVER, I used to have nightmares
