He is NOT a dwarf, but possibly a coat! That is waht I see!

by triodegirl on 29 June 2007 - 16:06

Sorry, I don't see a copy of a contract.

by Malinda Julien on 29 June 2007 - 16:06

I agree, he may have certainly turned out to be a coat, but look at the photo when he was just shipped (9 Dec) I would have had nothing to tell me that he might have been.

This dog was sold as a pet, not a breeding dog or show dog.

Ok, so if this 4 month old puppy in this photo is the same size and looks proportionate to the other dogs and NO OTHER PHOTOS HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED, NOR ANY OTHER INFORMATION FROM A VET, I am to assume because he is plushy that he is a dwarf?

She already sent the email within 2 days of the original email stating he was a dwarf that he was not a dwarf.

The current malady is he is dying.  She has instructed her vet to not talk to me or release any information.  What does this have to do with returning the dog for the refund.??

Malinda, if we are to believe the owner, this dog is now 9 months old and only 25 lbs. If that is true, either it's severely undernourished, or a dwarf. And dwarfs DO tend to have wooly coats as pups (but so do coated pups.)

In the pictures I've seen ZACH is definitely a long coat.

Sunsilver: agreed!  if this pup truly weighs 28.5 pounds / 25 pounds whichever thing she is using today...  then there is obviously a problem.!  Why is she restricting me from talking to the vet?  Why do we not know what the pup is dying from?  Why don't we have anything but a radiograph?

This is what I have been asking her all along.

All of these problems could easily be documented by her vet.  Even the xrays don't have his  name or her name on them.

I have not seen the pup, and that is the probem, isn't it?  Where are all the current photos of this dog and all the medical records?

I am not trying to be obstanant, I am only wanting the information, which if I were the buyer and had all these problems would have offered long ago!  We have not received anything.

Anyway, this is digressing again....

I stand in the same place I have been.  Return the dog and I'll return your money.

I have kennels to care for and other dogs who need to be cared for.

I have posted the photos as I have received them and looking from one pup's pictures to the next, we'll see if what is dying is even the pup I sent her.

I have replied to every email and every question as if on trial, and the buyer has basically proven nothing.  In a court of law this would not be acceptable.  It is not up to me to prove innocent, it is up to her to prove me guilty.  But yet I still am here with everything in the open.

Since I have never shirked my responsibility to this buyer, never ignored her, always offered the full refund even after she had altered the dog, told me he is dying etc...  and she has not provided proof of all these problems and restricted me from talking to her vet, then what else is there to discuss?

I really have to get back to work.   I'll post if anything new comes up.

respectfully

Malinda, why are you answering all the question except the contract? Wouldn't this refute their latest claim? It looks bad that the buyers aren't supplying information.  Brittany has asked twice and still no answer?

I'm sure there must be one because because you have refered to it several times.

Certainly,  the pup looks pretty healthy in the photos. I am fully in accord with you wanting to know just what is going on with this supposedly 'dying' dog before refunding her money. And no, he does not look like a long coat in that first photo you referred to, so I understand you not realizing he was going to turn out that way.
