Thank you Shepherd Woman and Yellowrose for welcoming me. I am a tad on the shy side and had to make myself say hello to everyone. My wife stays on me about not letting my blood pressure get up and has seen me a few times in the danger zone after reading some posts which I assure her is for my good when it comes time to choose that right pup.
I tend to shy away from controversy which I find like a pendulum on this site. Wow, what diversity of people, beliefs and personalities but also what makes it so very interesting. I really enjoy some posts, am amazed at others and can get a great belly laugh now and then.
Looking forward to good conversations with pleasant, unbiased people.

I wanted to speak of this in a seperate reply. Can you all believe this game? 13-7 Indy at the half. So far this game has been all it has been built up to be. Like 2 Heavy Weight Champions, slugging it out in the center of the ring.
I've always loved this scene from "Any Given Sunday". Rings true for life, as well as football

Thank you Abhay, great clip and so true.
And yes YR - God has blessed Oli with a bundle of Joy! A blessing I was not given in life, but can vicariously enjoy through others. He has His reasons and I am OK with that. I'll find out the why of it one day.

I am 31 years old from
My first bite i took "With Equipment i was 19.
I liked working in the sport training but as the years have gone buy and the politics thickened, and rules have changed i decided to break out and work dogs for “Real Situations" something that can save my butt or the butt of others.
I started another program were i donate a dog a year to a victim of domestic violence. Usually as a confident obedient companion that these people take therapeutically. And it usually gives these victims there lives back for restoring the persons broken confidence from they obtained from there past situations. Once again just having a highly trained even just obedient large breed dog usually stems to be a pretty nice deterrent for any would be degenerates that may approach.
Hence forth my Slogan "Real Training, Real People, Real Situations"
I breed working Line GSD's from usually older stock with health first and foremost then temperament right behind. I am a strong believer if it looks like a German shepherd it should perform as one.
That’s about it in a nut shell here are some videos if you want to see a little bit of what i am about or you can call me or email me and i can send you DVD footage of our training
thanks for the time a keep on trucking for the betterment of this wonderful breed

This is a very good idea for a post:
My name is Kelly...I am 17 years old...I live in the western part of NC. I have been interested in working line german shepherds for years. We have always had german shepherds but not what I call "real ones" just American lines. I learned everthing I know about german shepherds by surfing the internet for hours and hours at a time. While other kids were out doing thier things I was learning about my passion. I was looking for years for a good dog that I could AFFORD. These dogs were well out of my price range, even though I was quite aware of this I still looked at dogs for sell constantly. But I worked all summer and saved up enough money to get the puppy of my dreams. Thanks to the greatest dog breeders in the world... Karen and Ron of Vom Ramhausen Shepherds! I AM going to be a K9 officer one day. That is my dream. I dont know what else in the world I would want to do.
