But I suppose when you don,t have a life except for setting around waiting for some reason to question every thing that happens to twist the blade as it were. The owner feels that there was a mistake made by the original police investigation okay thats there right if they feel and there supports feel the need to go further then so be it.

I joined the PDB two years ago and have been following this thread for the past two months.
I've ignored all the claims and charges and hysteria waiting for something official. Now the more official reports that come out the more unlikely the "stolen and murdered" scenario becomes.
I've never trashed Hex or said anything negative about him. My concern is the unfounded accusations that have been floating around. The reluctance to accept the increasingly apparent truth of what happened and the possiblilty that all this has been orchestrated to divert attention from the MSSV court case.
I"m also disappointed by the "attack anyone that disagrees with or questions the party line" mentality that seems so prevalent :-(

I told my guys what you called them and they want to know what an arse is? ;-)

I think that may even fall under your category of  "unfounded accusations that have been floating around" that you are expressing concern about.
