omg for bloody once I am speachless, thanks wilmoor, this dog in question has caused so much heartach to so many people, ffs when will fu*cking bad breeders listen
So... have I got this right, linedancer 13... this American stud dog, imported by you, has not been hip scored, he has not been elbow scored, he has not been Haemophilia tested clear, he has no Sch titles and he's over here bring USED at stud?
I don't care if his stud fee is £8:00... he is worse than worthless without the BASIC health checks... how dare YOU ruin our breed, actively promote poor health and charge for the "privilage"?
yes missbeeb you have read right, and I second what you have said, this person is a disgrace,
In the words of Barack Obama with a slight change:-
''We the people, in order to form a more perfect union.
Unless we perfect our union by understanding that we may have different dogs, but we hold common hopes; that we may not look the same and we may not have come from the same place, but we all want to move in the same direction - towards a better future for our breed'' If we agree that each to his own it is a start. Maybe said by David this is a bit naive but we need a jumping off point.

My penny's worth is that Philip had written in the National German Shepherd Dog magazine about not splitting the breed as their is only one German Shepherd as he believed at that time, as people kept saying the Alsation gene pool was dying and they had no where left to go. It seems at that time nobody in the GSD scene was interested, but with some of you writing on here now, you now are! Looking at the judges of the UK shows, we think it is US that is dying and that is want the Kennel Club want. For the last year or so Phil changed his mind and said their should be a SPLIT as the Alsation is not dying, as this is what he was told by many people in the breed, as we do not attend Alsation shows.. Phil has tried to push for a SPLIT, but has been told it will NEVER happen. We have also voted for a split on the Our Dogs site quite a while ago so I don't know how long that is going to be on there for and if the Kennel Club will take notice, I don't think they will.
I have been told Roy Brandon had a proposal to give to the Kennel Club to split the breed. The 'PARTNERSHIP' should be speaking to Mr Roy Brandon and making this a reality, not a fairy tale. I personally believe that the 'Partnership' do not want this and this is all a waste of time.
Linedancer 13, please don't tarr all our dogs with the same brush with you statement; 'does not have hocks that touch the ground when he walks' there probably is only 1 or 2 dogs like that around our show's, my dogs are not like that and other Kennels have not got dogs like that either. At the end of the day unsoundness is a fault and it's up to the judges to see how bad the unsoundness is and where to place them if they have the GUTS.

Have a look, and wonder WHY?? No titles for courage, but a so called Temperament Test where the judge goes up to the dog and tries to approach the animal. FYI.. if a gun went off in any of these Shows, these dogs would be stuck to the ceiling like a scared cat shaking in it's boots.

I have been informed that linedancer imported two brown GSD from the USA, male & female, brother and sister, and has or has plans, to mate them to each other. A response from linedancer would be appreciated,
Linedancer13, I didn't realise you're dog had been here for some time, and had been used at stud extensivly, is it true you're male has not had his hips, elbows, haemophilia, tests done. But he's had his eye's tested!! Is there an eye problem with American bred shepherds, if so, can it be transmitted through breeding! I wonder how many studs he has had, how many females were not scored. If the answer is, Many! Then linedancer13, you can only be descibed as dangerous and irresponsible and this is a great example of the K.C. allowing someone to perpetuate problems, that responsible breeders are trying to put an eng to. Do Alsatianists normally do health checks as above! or if what is being said about this American import true, is it the norm that they dont bother. I HOPE IT'S NOT!!! Answers on a postcard!!!! Well... the above was my reply!
This has to be one of the BEST reasons for getting rid of the KC... let those that want to remain with the KC, do so! Are the KC ever likely to implement necessary health checks? Dear God, a few like linedancer and we could be back tracking at a rate of knots!
My vote, is to dump the KC and leave the Alsatianists with them... A.S.A.P. I would echo the sentiment and one or both of our WUSV affiliated breed clubs should take this up and run with it, i am sure they read these subjects, but will they!
