Mrs Barrington, Percy Elliott, Ann Elliott (can't remember what her previous name was) and others, imported and bred correct dogs, years and years and years ago, linedancer... 1960s... thereabouts!
The Alsatianists have been singing this song for a very long time... if your dogs are the correct type, why don't they look like it the world over? No offence intended... I simply do not understand why you're angry... at the thought of getting rid of us!

You have had about a dozen opinions on this thread. I do not think yours , patricks , sues ,mo,s & the 3 or four others represent the views of of us all on the Germanic side. I think this issue should be taken up with ALL the breed clubs & put to the vote in a Democratic forum.
Regards
Ally

What on earth is the matter with you both? Why are you both displaying such poor overall temperaments
As others here say, help us to go our own way, the way of Europe and the World Union (cant get any bigger or more impressive than that can you ?) Let your dogs be "Alsations" - I am very passionate about the breed, but i couldnt be bothered to be as insulting as you both have been in your posts - because you are talking to fellow human beings, and as such we should display a modicum of "good temperament" and agree to differ.
I agree to differ. I am sure you would not entertain any of my dogs in your kennels, and the feeling would be repricol, but dont you have a life above your dogs, that could perhaps allow you both to consider the feelings of people. I know lots of people that love their dogs, and they are very poor specimens, but I certainly wouldnt write half that you have seemed to enjoy above.
If this post goes on more - and we get more posts like yours, we will be thinking your dogs are fine, and its the people that own them that have the problem.... for goodness sake lets not go down that route. Your dogs are probably ok - to the standard that you want them, and like to see. Mine are ok to the standard of the shows that I attend and enjoy, I have good friends that have "Alsations" and we rag the lives out of each other when we meet - but isnt that what this dog game is all about? Surely its not about point scoring, and being as unkind as you possibly can without care or thought.... I go back to my first line ........ that behaviour shows a very poor overall temperament
