Prager

Sachsenwolf. I have never ask for the dog back  in situation like this. I would only do so if it would be  a matter of dangerous temperament or if the dog would  according to some information would be abused or in improper environment. Sachsenwolf,...  You actually in the second column hit the  nail on the head.
I can not give what is not mine. If all the  people would actually read my warranty before they  get "righteous" here, then  they would see that there is an option for me giving her 1/2 back. I have no problem to do that. Now  I am trying to get her the second 1/2 back too. But it is a chess game and  all this BS here is not helping me to do so!

People are saying that middle man or broker like me are useless and waste of money and is best for the person to go directly to the breeder and save. Well let this be an education for you know-it-alls, what do you smartoholicks  think that I, in this case  the middleman or broker, am doing now.
But  you all here  have no idea what is actually going on and what I am trying to do fro Chrissy,   calling me names from the security of your  key board.  You are just a  bunch of righteous dogoodders who call me names while I am trying to help her. Why don't you just pipe down for a moment let me do my job?

By the way I have introduced concept of any warranty to Czech about 30+/- years ago when I started bringing these dogs into USA . Before that it was like buying a used car. Buyer beware!   The believe was and many still believe that it is up to the buyer to select proper dog and  take the chance.
When back then  I told breeders in Czechoslovakia to guarantee their dogs they thought that I hit myself on the head really hard.  But now most do reluctantly guarantee the dogs for expert. Yes they say that they do but situation is often different. Most dogs within the borders of Czech are not guaranteed.

Hans, I think 1/2 or your commission/profit is fair.  Hopefully others will see that there is not a money-hungry "winner" in all of this, and that you are going beyond "fair" in trying to help Chrissy get the whole amount.  The first pharagraph wasn't directed at you, but I did think your warranty was only for a replacement.  Glad to be wrong.

Just wondering Hans, did you notice the overbite? I just got a puppy and I am so glad that I got to pick out my puppy instead of trusting someone like yourself to do it for me. You should own some responsibility for the overbite and something should have been done about it before it ever reached Chrissy. Can you honestly say that you didn't notice the overbite? What comes around goes around. You should have noticed and done something about the overbite in the beginning. It is coming back to bite you. You should step up and do the right thing for the mistakes you have made regardless of what refund the breeder does or doesn't grant. Sometimes you need to just suck it up and do the right thing which would be a full refund.

Hans
I am glad to see that you are now talking about giving money back to Chrissy rather than simply enforcing amd extending the terms of the warranty. I assume that your partnership with Jinopo gives you considerable influence, so would hope to see that you can get agreement quickly for her to get a full refund of the purchase price of her pup.

Yes, mistakes happen, but when they do they need to be put right, quickly and cleanly. Sometimes putting them right means the person that made them being out of pocket. Hopefully that won't be the case, but the one person that should not be out of pocket in all of this is Chrissy. She is going to have enough problems as a result of this 'mistake' as it is.

Hope to hear some good news very soon that it has been sorted out for her.

Funny how one will argue that their price isn't too much for the quality and services, but when they don't receive quality or service, they're S.O.L. I know, I know, you're getting her money. After you said you wouldn't and then you realized that you will lose more in sales than the price of her "mistake". I guess I don't get why this is so hard. You two sell 40 litters a year. If you have on average, 5 Pups a litter, that's 200 Pups. With your 1% HD rate, you should be able to refund her and the other .05%.

I would never want to be a broker. You have only so much control. I want full control over what I sell so I never have to be the middleman in something like this. Sure, you can enjoy more "success" but you can also go down with them and have little to say about it. Not my cup of tea.

I stand on my first opinion and have to ask...What about the rest of this dogs health. It now is known where and what pedigree it came from  I ask , again,,,this pup is not what customer wanted for her money and she was told SHE Got A QUALITY PUP..

SHE DID NOT GET A QUALITY PUP

SO I again, say  do not think spending a fortune of money on this pup that you are bonded to and do LOVE is going to have all GOOD> Sometimes in this life, we humans have to  make hard choices. It is called  TOUGH LOVE>

There are other organs, other body parts from THIS BAD BREEDING ..and you may be in for a very big disappointment.

Please take another puppy  .   THIS BREEDER ADVERTISES LITTERS ALL OVER THE WORLD EVERY MONTH...

give this lady a NEW PUP...I have never heard such indecission in all my born days.  YOU CANNOt fix THIS DOGS WHOLE LIFE .

with one operation so I ask that you consider all the avenues you may have to walk down before not taking another pup and insist these two BREEDER BROKERS give you a pup  immediately.

HEART????? Krissy has already spent her HEART and cried a whole RIVER  over this pup,,

HEART????  Time to use brains and Conscience of Human mankind to remedy this..

I have not a problem doing what would be most important and would not let any pet suffer one more day.

Hans:

If you are as IMPORTANT TO jINOPO  as you say you are??? THEN you have no problem doing an immediate  PUPPY shipment to Krissy's airport and this TIME   select a QUALITY PUP

EVEN MY 6 yr old grand son could look in a 8 week old mouth and see that the pup had a jaw misalignment and those things do not ever correct themselves dispite what some taut here.

also the other health issues about this pup can be found in others from same line???????DID I see that info and did someone mention   3 x3 on one dog??? was that dog known for something in health issues???

This thread only serves to educate newbies that want to learn and should ask for  help from others before spending the amount of money on a wonderful gsd and getting a nightmare instead.

You can love the pup and you can serve the breed by doing what should be done, and whatever that be, will teach others to be aware.

It's interesting, how some people insist that a dog with HD will suffer it's whole life long. Most people with experience of living with a dog with HD, some having had surgery, some not, tell a different story.  Hell, it's disappointing, but the dog doesn't know he's 'defective' and he will live his life with enthusiasm given the chance. With the surgery he will have he will not suffer any pain or discomfort once the op and recovery are over. I most certainly wouldn't let any animal of mine suffer either, and yet I did not 'dispose' of either of my HD dogs! I have one now who is over 9 and has driven me mad all day wanting to play!

You do understand YR that the surgery this pup will have done will mean that he will not suffer any further pain, nor will he develop any arthritis of the hips in future?

We have to pray that the elbows are OK. Fingers crossed for that. If they aren't then it's a whole different story.

She doesn't want another pup - she wants Kaiser, it's that simple and honestly, I think he is lucky to have found her. The alternative would have been someone who wouldn't have given him a chance.

Chaz Reinhold
People have to be careful. There are people out there waving a American flag and calling you friend until you give them your hard earned money. All is good until you find something wrong with the dog. Then you are no longer a friend. People should buy dogs and puppies bred in the USA you stand a better chance.
